Is it ever too early for Christmas Shopping?

George Square at Christmas
Okay okay, I hear your howls of derision!

BUT, in my defence, I noticed in Tesco yesterday while I picked up a pint of milk, that at the end of one aisle was 5 shelves of Christmas Selection boxes and sweets. Surely it won't be long before mince pies and Christmas puddings are on display.

While you (and me) may not agree that we have bypassed autumn in our race to Christmas, what it does mean is that more and more people are already planning their Christmas shopping trips and, in fact, many are taking these trips earlier and earlier.

So, really, I'm try to do you a good thing here by highlighting that we are already starting to get quite busy with guests booking up for Christmas shopping trips to Glasgow and we don't want you to miss out.

Did you know, though, that Glasgow has the UK's busiest and best shopping outside of London? What's better, though, is that while Buchanan Street can get quite busy, you won't have the stress and anxiety of London to deal with.

No, the Glasgow banter and friendliness will ensure that you feel merry even before you've had some mulled wine!

So, it may be early for thinking about Christmas, but if you can't beat them, join them!
